The City of Boynton Beach is seeking bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for Road Resurfacing and Pedestrian Crossing Projects. This project is funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The selected Contractor will be required to follow Federal ARPA guidelines; however, the Project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon requirements and there is no DBE or OJT goal. |
