Description:	This Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors that can quickly compete for Citywide painting projects as they arise. For the purposes of this RFQ, Painting and Coating projects are defined as those under $50,000 (Fifty Thousand Dollars). Entry into this Pre-Qualification pool is an acknowledgment that the pool members satisfy the pre-qualification criteria. .
