REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) No. 028-2511-20/RW PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR MINOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

This Request for Qualification (RFQ) will establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors capable of providing all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to provide minor construction services. MINOR CONSTRUCTION Projects are defined as those UNDER $ 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand dollars). Entry into this Pre-Qualification pool is not a contract between City of Boynton Beach (City) and any member of the pool, but rather is an acknowledgement that the pool member satisfies the pre-qualification criteria. It is the intent of the City to select a minimum of four (4) primary and three (3) alternate firms for entry into this pool. When any of the primary firms are removed from the pool the next alternate will be moved to the primary pool, in order of the committees scoring. The qualification will be for general contractors to participate in the procurement and construction to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services on an as needed basis for minor construction projects.
