The City of Boynton Beach is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for a school zone speed detection system. The equipment and monitoring will be provided at no cost to the City with revenue sharing of any collections.

The Firm will supply a speed camera detection system and program for nine (9) school zones in the City of Boynton Beach. This system must be exclusively violator-funded. All installation, maintenance, calibration, administration, regulatory compliance, and traffic study costs are the responsibility of the vendor. The Firm may accomplish this through a revenue split per citation paid, or a fixed fee per citation paid. The Firm is responsible for ensuring that the program meets and maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
