| Description: |
The City of Boynton Beach is procuring expert advisory services to support its Public-Private Partnership (P3) strategy as a term contract. The selected Consultant will deliver independent financial analysis and structured advisory support to help the City evaluate, negotiate, and execute P3 initiatives with confidence and fiscal responsibility. The Consultant is expected to be fully self-sufficient — providing all necessary personnel, oversight, expertise, and resources — and to operate as a trusted independent voice throughout the process.
