The awarded concessionaire will be responsible for supplying and operating food and beverage services within the snack bar facility under a four-year contract, with the option for one additional four-year renewal unless terminated earlier. Throughout the contract term, the concessionaire will be expected to provide consistent, customer-oriented service, offering quality food and beverage items at reasonable rates and with prompt, courteous service.

Under the Scope of Services, the City is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires with the experience and capability to successfully operate this facility.
