The purpose of this bid is to establish firm prices for a one-year period for the purchase of Pipe Fittings and other Accessories. These items will be ordered on an “AS NEEDED BASIS” for the repair, replacement and new construction of utility systems. Bidder(s) are required to have a warehouse facility in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and/or St. Lucie County. The initial term of the agreement will be for one (1) year and may be renewed at the same prices, terms and conditions for three (3) additional one-year periods contingent upon satisfactory performance, vendor acceptance and determination that the renewal will be in the City’s best interests. |
